Sydney Raine Garick is a fourth year MFA candidate in the Technical Design & Production Department at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale focusing on production management. She is passionate about creating equity throughout her work and promoting equity in the theater community at large through her research on content advisories specifically for theater practitioners.

Prior to returning to Yale, Sydney worked at Ray Bloch Productions where she coordinated events for a wide range of clients including Vogue, the American Heart Association, and the New York Times. Most recently they worked at Lincoln Center’s Summer For The City festival, facilitating over 60 performances in nine weeks.

When not working, Sydney loves to play very complicated board games and watch their cat play her favorite game: laser.
